~ Prologue ~

"Hey Link, can you go grab the ball over there?!"

The young Hylian glanced over in the voice's direction to see who requested his aid as he was gazing at the clouds above. Noticing it was none other than one of his best friends Saria, the daydreamer slowly got up from his spot under the tree, stretching his limbs before journeying his way over to retrieve the kickball in the thick jade bush near the lake. After all, the world let alone a vast city couldn't depend on such an lazy boy, right?

"O-oh sure!"

The blonde quickly hopped back into reality and got up from the rough grass, trudging his way over towards the nearby lake. As he got closer, his journey was abruptly cut short as the round object magically rolled its way over towards his direction.

"Huh? That's odd."

The young Hylian grabbed the ball and took three steps forward, glancing right and left to see who or what even aided his quest. Unbeknownst, nobody was there. Before he even had the chance to dwell upon his own thoughts, the boy's name was called once more.

"Link! Did you get the ball yet? You know we have to be home in thirty minutes," Saria shouted once more.

"Oh yeah! Sorry about that!"

For the longest time, I don't know why yet wherever I went, I felt that someone was watching my every move. It's quite hard to explain. To add on, it really does sound quite farfetched however it's true. No matter where I was or how exigent the situation is, I didn't feel alone. It was almost as if I had my own guardian fairy protecting me or something… well that's what Grandma always told me so like the idealist I am, I clung onto her every word.

Besides, it's better than thinking of the possibility that an unlikely stranger might be stalking me, right? Well that itself would be peculiar if that were to be the case especially seeing how the bustling city of Castletown has always been extremely lively.

Shortly after, school crept around the corner once more, taking me in by surprise. Everything happened to be the same thing once more yet, there I was, face to face with the most intriguing young woman I ever gazed upon. Yet before I knew it, she was gone in an flash almost as if she ceased to exist in the first place.

I guess some could even say she was just an mere wallflower.

I honestly would have made the prologue an bit longer yet I'm still slowly coming off an writer's block.

I usually tend to write fun Smash Brothers fics however I've been wanted to do an Zelda AU for an while now, especially one that centers around Cia as the main character, specifically her precorrupt form. She is one of my absolute favorite video game characters of all time too.

I plan on having characters like Link, Zelda, Dark Link, Groose, Ravio, Midna, Ghirahim, Nayru, etc. in the story. I'm not sure if I should add Lana in as well and what her relation to Cia would be. If you guys have any ideas, please tell me!

I am going to simply state that I plan on having Cia both fascinated by Link and Zelda both because to be honest, who doesn't want the best of both worlds.

Feel free to suggest pairings! In fact, please suggest pairings because I'm not sure who to pair who with.I am open to anything, including male/male and female/female as well! :)

Note that since I'm working on other stories as well, this one will take an while to update! I do plan on having the first chapter be an decent length.

Feel free to suggest ideas as well for what you like to see possibly happen, teachers, friends, etc.
