The first Annual Hunger Games

The story of the first Annual Hunger Games. I don't own anything of the Hunger Games trilogy, and some credit goes to for the romance and tributes who died. This is my first Fanfiction, so if you don't like it, keep that in mind.

Prolouge

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the very first, Annual Hunger Games!" Augustus Flickerman booms throughout every television set in Panem. "As a way to remind the 12 Districts that their actions have consequences, each District must give up one boy and girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to fight to the death in an arena that has been designed to host this event."

Once he has explained everything, he shows footage of the reaping of the first tributes of the Hunger Games.
