DiNutso
DiNutso that's what it sounds like when spoken from Fornell's tongue. Most of the FBI and all of NCIS thing it's an insult. It's not. It's the Italian way pronounced like pizza. Fornell's maternal grandparents were Italian immigrants who came to America with nothing and made something of themselves. Fornell is proud of his heritage.
DiNozzo too has the blood of Italy running through his veins. His great grandparents came through Ellis Island, DiNozzo's father lost all their money, and DiNozzo still made something of himself.
DiNutso is not an insult. If only DiNozzo would stop taking it as one.
