She lit her cigarette and took a long drag of it. Outside it was cold and rainy like every other day in this hopelessly boring town. She peeked inside of a diner, where after she finished her vice she would go and get a mediocre cup of coffee. After her cigarette was down to the filter and burned her lip she threw it down and stomped it into the ground. The bell rang and she opened the door, the place was pretty dead there was an old couple criticizing the food and how greasy it was, a cop reading the newspaper almost rhythmically taking a sip of his coffee after every other paragraph. So, as the awkward outsider she was she sat down and started to read anything near her. Soon enough a waitress, no older than 25 skated to her table, her blond greasy hair was in a bun, and her blue eyes were shielded by thick glasses; she was thin no larger than a three, and seemed very awkward, tired and beyond ready to go home. "Can I get something for you?" "Um, can I get a coffee to go?" "Sure, I'll be back in a sec." After she left she pulled out her mirror and applied what she was most famous for; her mysterious, sexy, bold red lipstick.
A little while later the waitress came back with a plastic cup, she threw down $5 and left. She put the coffee in her small cup holder of her motorcycle and zoomed away to her new high school. Forks High School. Once she got to the school, she took off her helmet and took out the three large pins that kept her hair up, and then a cascade of dark burgundy hair flowed down like a waterfall. She simply had sex appeal, a lot of it. She held her helmet under her arm and with the sound and her leather jacket ruffling she started to walk towards the school. There were stares, whispers and whistling but once she heard "Who is that" loud enough she bit her lip and said "I'm Blade Lennon, refer to me as such" then she winked. She seemed so flawless and perfect but inside she was empty, hollow and as these thoughts arose in her, she got out another cigarette, lit it, and kept on walking.
