When this one-shot started out, it was actually supposed to be serious, believe it or not.
It was supposed to be the prelude to a book in a series I'm trying to write.
Obviously, it became rather silly, and reminds me of Calvin and Hobbs (I'm not sure why). But I hope you enjoyed it.
My series starts out focusing on one of my favorite Faerie tales, the Twelve Dancing Princesses. In my version, they're all half Faerie (on their mother's side). They go through the first book as the TDPs, but at the end decide to split up.
One of the Twelve stars in each book, hence, twelve books. Each book has the same basic summary of a Faerie tale (except for one myth (Hades and Persephone) and one ballet (Swan Lake)).
They are (In order of birth): Crimson (half Royal Faerie), Twilight (half Light Faerie), Silk (half Clothing Faerie), Topaz (half Gem Faerie), Vine (half Tree Faerie), Fang (half Cat Faerie), Falcon (half Bird Faerie), Fallen (half Deer Faerie, and the one this one-shot was originally written for), Lotus (half Flower Faerie), Tranquility (half Moon Faerie), Peace (half Water Faerie), and Raindrop/Thunder (half Rain Faerie).
Please review! This one is especially important to me, because (even if this is not how I normally write) I'm actually (kinda) putting out part of a book that I hope to finish (except that I'm gonna have to rewrite this).
