A/N: So in 4x14 when The Queens of Darkness are testing Regina to see if she's still a villain, this scene happens. Oneshot! Enjoy!
"Alright Regina. We have one more test for you to make sure you're really still a villain.: Maleficent said.
"Alright. Bring-it-on." Regina said steeping closer to Maleficent. Maleficent nodded and Cruela stepped out of the room.
"Where's she going?" Regina asked.
"She's going to bring back your final test."
THETHETHEINDIGOINDIGOINDIGODOLPHINDOLPHINDOLPHIN
Cruela walked up the stairs the Charming's apartment. She knocked on the door.
"Who could that be?" Emma said. She got up and opened the door. Then she saw Cruela.
"Um, Cruela? What are you doing here-" Cruela waved her hand and Emma collapsed on the floor.
"Hey-" Charming and Mary Margaret collapsed on the floor.
"What are you doing?" Henry said. Cruela walked towards him and backed him against a wall.
"Kidnapping you." Cruela grabbed Henry and pinned him to the wall. She tied his wrists together.

"I'm back!" Cruela said slamming the door shut. She gave Henry to Maleficent.
"Alright Regina. This is your final test. Shoot him." Maleficent placed Henry's wrists above his head and hung them from a nail.
Ursula tossed Regina a pistol.
"Mom! Don't listen to them! Don't let them control you!" Henry shouted. Maleficent poofed a towel in Henry's moth so he couldn't speak.
"Come on Regina. Do it."
Regina slowly put the gun up to aim it at Henry. Henry turned his head the other way.
Regina pulled the trigger. The bullet grazed Henry's shoulder and flew through the window.
"Are you a bad aim? Or are you just fighing it? Shoot him in the skull." Maleficent guided Regina's hand so the gun was aiming into his head.
"Pull the trigger."
Regina looked into Henry's hazel eyes. Still as innocent as the day she had first received him.
"I'm sorry…." Regina whispered as she pulled the trigger. Blood flew in all directions.
Henry's head hung down.
"Great job Regina. Now let's go have some fun."
