Replacement: this is my first RoxasNamine and I hate the pairing…UGH..Well, let's just get on with it… (Roxas's POV)

"What's wrong?"
Her normally brilliant blue eyes seemed to have gone out. And the face was expressionless.
"Are you alright?" I repeated. She seemed not to hear. Nor did she merely acknowledge my presence. It was as if she wasn't there at all. Or was it just me? Did she look paler than normal? Or was I just imagining things?
"Um, hello?" I tried a third time, waving my hand in front of her face.
"Hm?" she snapped out of her trance. "Oh, sorry. What did you say?" she asked apologetically.
"I asked if you were alright." I said concerned.
"Oh. Yeah…" she said softly. Those blue eyes of her looking down in embarrassment. "Why? Do I not look okay?" The words themselves were sharp, but she spoke them with a softened edge.
"No." I replied quickly. "It's just when you didn't answer me-"
"I'm sorry." There was nothing but sweet sincerity in her tone and facial expression, or lack thereof.
"You worry me sometimes y'know?" I said suddenly. And that's when it happened. I had expected her to react with guilt, but what she did next surprised me. Her lips curled into a smile and I caught a glimpse of those brilliant white teeth of hers. She very rarely smiled, so this caught me completely off guard. "You have a beautiful smile." I whispered.
"Really?" she asked brightly. I nodded, still recovering from the suddenness of what had just occurred.
"You should try it more often." I said and I meant it.
"Thanks." She said gratefully. "I think I will." And her face seemed to light up. It was like she was brightening up the whole room. Or at least, that's how I saw it. Such a difference from before. It was like she was a whole new person. But for how long would it last?
