Author's Notes: This poem is dedicated to my favorite character in Harry Potter, Sirius Black. I wrote it because I feel kind of torn up inside whenever I think of him. Yes, I am madly in love with him, but now that he is gone, I feel sad and lonely. I feel like I need to do something to keep his memory alive, and this poem is it.

I see you fall through the Veil.
Tears fall from my eyes as I begin to wail.
There is only one thing I want to know.
Sirius, why did you go?
Bellatrix has sent you away.
Now is no longer our time to play.
You were everything I could ever hope to be.
Silly, quirky, just like me.
Eyes of gray will never again meet my gaze,
I wish Bellatrix would be set ablaze!
I cannot bear to be apart.
Your death has broken my heart.
But though you will never come back,
I will not crack.
I will stay strong, if only for you,
Because, Sirius Black, I love you!
