Wally's heart hammered in his chest, his palms were sweating and a blush danced across his freckled cheeks. Artemis sat next to him on the couch, a 2 foot gap between them, just as nervous as Wally. The TV infront of them playing the Twilight Zone marathon, but neither teen was watching. The confessions both had made still prominent in their thoughts. Artemis still couldn't believe anyone could fall for someone so brash and loud as she, granted this someone was Wally and he was lucky to get anyone with how loud and annoying he was. Said redhead couldn't understand how he'd fallen for the girl that he swore he'd never like, but then when he thought about it the only reason he hadn't liked her was because she was so stunning, he did have a thing for blondes.
"Wally," Artemis said softly, glancing slightly to her left.
"Yeah?" Wally shifts awkwardly, wiping his hands on his jeans.
"I-." but before she can get another word out she's flung sideways on the couch. Robin had jumped over the back of the couch onto the space between the two red-faced teens.
"Cockblock!" The young bird exclaimes as he bounces slightly on landing.
"Dude!" Wally yells in surprise.
"What? I love this episode and your guy's sexual tention was hogging the couch."
I'd like to say my friends inspired this, mainly because Johnny and Miguel both love to yell Cockblock, but the truth is that this is only my over active imagination that came up with this. Thank you for reading.
