The beginning of the end… of the world: Prologue
Ash yawned "g'night Pikachu" he laid his head on the pillow "g'night Misty" he closed his eyes and Pikachu jumped onto his sleeping bag, accidentally opening the rucksack by his feet and curling up on Ash's stomach. "Pika…" misty walked into the tent and laid down her sleeping bag "goodnight ash" she was flattening the end of her sleeping bag and noticed the open rucksack. She moved forward to close it, and accidentally saw the contents. Among ash's usual stuff were three necklaces, with a tag on them. Curios she looked at the tag "to misty, happy birthday, love ash." She had almost forgotten it was her birthday in a week. (How can someone forget their own birthday?) She closed the bag and wriggled into her sleeping bag, she lay awake thinking about why he'd get her such a beautiful present. Her last thoughts were "maybe he feels about me the way I do about him…" and then she fell asleep.
