Well, as you can see I've gotten into the habit of writing really short oneshots...Hope this was alright...even thought it's short!
Angel Wings
The first time they met without others to judge. Under a rolling hill at the edge of a forest. The twins lay in similar positions watching the stars.
The breeze blew their hair, causing Yoh to look at his aniki. His hair was swirling beautifully with a gleam like an angel. Forgetting his brother's ability his thoughts betrayed him.
'Aniki really looks like an angel...', Yoh thought smiling to himself.
Unaware that Hao was shocked to hear such a thought. No one ever thought of him as 'good' so how would anyone think of him as an angel. Yet again his twin was the one to shock him.
Yoh continuing his thought still unaware,' I can even imagine angel wings on him and they match...'
Unknowingly Yoh imagined his brother with pure wings that seemingly in his mind matched him well. Still smiling he lay watching the stars not once noticing the shock on Hao's face. Breaking Yoh out of his gazing Hao stood up.
"So you think I look like an angel.", Hao stated with amusement.
Surprised Yoh blushed suddenly remembering that his brother could read his mind. Two phases were going on in Yoh's head, 1st – He just thought something really embarrassing....
2nd – He believed it as the truth...
"It's okay otouto...", Hao said breathing into his ear.
Rewarding him with a squeak Yoh moved away from Hao with caution.
Continuing his sentence,"...I think you're an angel too."
This time it was Yoh who was shocked. Taking pleasure in Yoh's shock Hao advanced to Yoh.
When Hao was on top of Yoh, he whispered into his ear. The breeze stole away the words, but Yoh heard them.
"I love you otouto...", Hao whispered before kissing his twin with a smirk.
Unrecognized by his younger sibling was the truth that Hao saw the same wings on him at first sight.
'Maybe I'm not imagining things after all...', Hao thought through the kiss with the same smirk.
