He picked up the empty tea cup then dropped it to the floor that made her raise her eyebrow. "It's stronger than it looks like." He informed her.
"How long do you think it took to make him strong like this?" He asked.
"It got rolled, stepped on and cut on." She answered. "It had to survive very high temperature." She added.
He stood up then pick up the empty tea cup that he just dropped a while ago. He walked towards the other wooden table; he smiled then placed the tea cup in the middle then he did something unexpected, he smashed it with a hammer.
Seeing the scene, I grabbed the remote turning the TV off.
"Psshh! It survived the fall, why'd he have to smash it?" She murmured absent-mindedly.
"To make her see..."
"Huh?"
"To make her see that even though the façade looks strong and even though how many times it survives a fall, there would come a time that it'll eventually break." He answered.
"But did he really have to hammer it?"
"Have you ever heard the quote, you will soon break the bow if you keep it always stretched?
He just aided the inevitable."
