Side-Note - Been gone for awhile, but now I'm back. Anyways, this is under the circumstances that the ceremony never took place.
It was difficult being married to Raguna.
It wasn't that she didn't love him, but that, due to her hours, she rarely ever saw him. She would sleep during most daylight hours, which left Raguna with the duty of taking care of their child, as well as his usual farm work. And soon after she got up she would have to go work at the bar, not getting back until near or past midnight most nights.
Raguna, being the caring husband he was, would try his best to spend more time with her, getting up earlier in the mornings and always being there when she woke up in the afternoons. He would also visit her at work as much as possible, occasionally bringing Luna with him and staying up until she got home from work. She could tell it was straining for him though.
And they weren't the only two who were being affected. Ever since their wedding, her other half had been distancing herself from the both of them. She had become very closed off and never seemed to be truly happy anymore, and it worried her deeply. She had, many times, tried to get her to say what was bothering her, but she had either changed the subject or denied that there was anything wrong at all.
Needless to say, the married life was very stressful. There were times when she would go to sleep at night, just so that she could lay in Raguna's arms and feel safe and loved, because she knew that he would never allow anything to harm her.
No matter what though, Noire knew that all the hardships were worth it, if it meant she could be with the man she loved.
Just a short, mostly drabblish, kind of thing to get the ideas flowing again. Expect another one that ties in to this one to be up soon.
