An Affair to Remember
EPOV
It was sometime in the afternoon and I was watching TV. Bella was upstairs
reading and Emmett was working out in the basement. Alice, Carlisle, Rose, Esme and
Jasper had gone out.
The house was pretty quiet, even for me. I was not hearing any thoughts. I was
working very hard on tuning out my 'gift'. It was very distracting at times.
"Edward," I heard my beautiful wife call to me.
"Yes love?"
"Emmett and I are going hunting."
"Alright." I said.
Bella and Emmett seemed to be doing some weird bonding thing. They went out
hunting every other day together. In one second my mind was made up to follow them
and see what was going on.
They streaked out the door and two seconds later I followed. I easily found their
scent but stayed back a little so they wouldn't smell me. I could smell the mouthwatering
animals all around me. Why did they have to make me follow them in the forest?
"Ready?" Emmett asked.
"Yes." Bella's confident voice answered.
"I hope Edward doesn't find out. If so…there'd be hell to pay. For me at least."
Bella laughed.
"Okay, so let me start."
I did not like where this was going. Were my wife and my brother…hooking up? I
shuddered.
"Wow, that was…amazing. Edward would never do this with me."
Well if she wanted more from me why didn't she say so?
"Practice. Now, put your mouth right there and suck. Good hmm?"
"Oh….Emmett…this is…amazing!" Bella gasped.
If I could throw up I would be puking right now.
"It is right? I'm amazed you could stop. I couldn't first time."
"Well, this isn't my first time Emmett."
How many times had they done this?!
"You're right, it's been about…what six now?"
"Maybe, I wasn't keeping track. Okay your turn." Bella said.
"I love this so much."
"I do too." She responded.
I was really depressed now. I though I was what Bella wanted. I turned and
streaked back to the house. I decided to try giving Bella what she wanted. I stripped and
climbed into our bed, leaving on only my boxers.
"Edward! We're home!" Bella called.
"Bella, come here please." I called back.
She was at the door in a moment.
"Why are you…?"
"Bella I followed you today."
Her eyes grew big with alarm.
"Are...are you mad?"
"No." I sighed. "But...why?"
"Well, I knew you would never and Emmett offered and Edward he's really
good."
"Bella, if you wanted a more intimate love life why didn't you ask?"
"WHAT?!" She screeched.
"Weren't you and Emmett…."
"NO! EW! EDWARD!"
"Then what were you doing?" I asked, baffled.
"Well…Emmett was…he was teaching me how to hunt bears." She muttered.
"WHAT?! You know I didn't want you hunting them!"
"Edward they can't hurt me! Vampire, remember? Skin like steel?"
"But still…the thought of you hunting a bear!"
"Emmett caught it for the record."
"Fine." I mumbled.
"So…still want to do the bed thing?" She asked slyly.
I rolled my eyes but she was already next to me in the bed, shirt, and pants on the
floor.
I stared at her gorgeous body.
"Well? Are you going to get this ugly bra off or what?" She teased.
I moaned with pleasure and glued my lips to Bella's.
