Things were very different now in Angel Hill - Bobby has to graduate early due to his extra-curricular work, and he feels that it's time for him to give up being a Ranger and start to focus on his future. He then travels to Brazil for an internship at his dad's new research facility - can the team still work even with one Ranger down?
Meanwhile, Lord Zedd and Rita were finally defeated, and so the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers were at an end.
But, deep in space, King Mondo was reprogrammed and back with the newly-formed Mega Machine Empire and was planning for world domination.
