Will lie on his backside, his blazer unbuttoned. The top few buttons of his dress shirt were undone as well, revealing parts of his upper chest. Holly cuddled next to him, her left cheek resting between his chest and right arm, which was around her neck. Her right hand fiddled with the tie that was heavily loosened around his neck.

Do you ever feel like a plastic bag,
drifting through the wind
wanting to start again?
Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin
like a house of cards,
one blow from caving in?

He looked down at her and was surprised to see her inching her way towards him, slowing closing the gap between their lips. He subconsciously lifted his head and leaned into her as well, like she had some sort of magnetic pull on him. Their lips gently brushed against each other. His eyes wide in shock, her eyes half-lidded. He leaned his head forward some more to press his lips harder against hers.

Do you ever feel already buried deep?
6 feet under screams but no one seems to hear a thing
Do you know that there's still a chance for you
'Cause there's a spark in you

Holly snaked her arms around his neck as he gently turned them over so that he was pinning her against the grass. A soft moan escaped her lips, and he parted them with his own, slipping his tongue into her mouth.

You just gotta ignite, the light, and let it shine
Just own the night like the 4th of July

They hear a distant booming and banging behind them. Then come the whistles, a short pause, and then a bang, The pattern repeated over and over.

"I guess the fireworks have started."

'Cause baby you're a firework
Come on, show 'em what you're worth
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh"
As you shoot across the sky-y-y

Holly gently pulled away, slowly lifting her head to gaze into his brown eyes. He started breathlessly into hers, breathing heavily. She turned her head and looked past him towards the night sky, and he slowly turned in the direction she was looking. Firecrackers burst into sparking colors, illuminating the night sky and exposing the clouds that lay hidden underneath the shrouds of darkness.

Baby, you're a firework
Come on, let your colors burst
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh"
You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe

He turned back to her, and his eyes go wide as her lips instantly meet his. He feels her hands run through his curly hair.

You don't have to feel like a waste of space
You're original, cannot be replaced
If you only knew what the future holds
After a hurricane comes a rainbow

Slowly and reluctantly, he pulled away from her, slowly opening his eyes as hers fluttered open.

Maybe your reason why all the doors are closed
So you could open one that leads you to the perfect road
Like a lightning bolt, your heart will glow
And when it's time, you'll know

"Best... Fourth of July... ever!" Puck exclaimed from behind them. "Wouldn't you agree, Mr. Schue?"

A/N: Oh, how I miss these two.
