A.N- I KNOW. This is superbly short. I've been really busy with school work so I haven't had the time to work on anything. I promised more oneshots for the holidays, and I'll live up to that promise. So for the time being, CTS uploads will be spaced out, kay? Also, I have gotten many favorite stories on it, bu few comments. Until people are helping me out, I really don't feel like I have a reason to post. (TO ALL OF YOU WHO LIKE AND READ: Please comment!) I have a list of oneshot ideas so stay with me pretty please. Read and review!
Note: It's told from Sokka's POV about Toph. YAY TOKKA.
Song: Believe- Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
Disclaimer- I don't own Avatar or any of the epic components in it. I do , in fact, own this bowl of cereal I'm eating. Yum yum.
It's Complicated
Her blank eyes stared back at me, and I finally lost it.
"What the hell was that for?!" I exclaimed.
She remained emotionless. "I have no idea what you're talking about," she replied apathetically.
I shot her a glare she couldn't see. "Liar! Yes, you do! It happened all of two minutes ago."
"Specifics would be helpful, Snoozles."
My temper quickly checked out, leaving my body in a hasty, brutish matter. I threw my arms above my head and yelled furiously.
"You drive me crazy, do you know that? I know you know what I was talking about before so don't act all clueless. Now tell me. Why did you do that?"
I looked down at the girl at my feet clearly not paying attention. I swear I felt a vein pulsing in my head.
"I don't know..." she said so quietly it was almost a whisper.
I took in a slow gulp of air and exhaled as I dropped to her level.
"Why did you do this, Toph?" I cautiously pressed my lips to hers, unsure if she would retaliate.
Her entire face turned a soft pink. I couldn't help but gawk at her flustered beauty. Composing herself quickly, she stood up and then bent down towards me.
"Because I love you, you oblivious idiot!" she screamed caustically.
With that, she walked away, letting her words hang in the air around a very dumbfounded me.
To say our relationship is complicated is an understatement.
