Jack's Poem
every day i go to school ill have that daydream still. You, the crosswalk, that old car, your face against the grill. than ill see you on the road laying in that pool.
That pool of blood and bone. while you whisper i am sorry Jack. i didn't look ... your eyes roll back you're gone. i know you're with angel-mommy now, and cradled in her arms. and you're with your angel-dad, who'll keep you safe from harms. Still, why did you have to go. I should have helped, and grabbed you by your arm. I'm supposed to big bro still I did you harm. ill visit your resting place today along with mom and dad. Thankfully they're holding on i know they took it bad. We miss you henry, all of us. yet through our pain and fright i know we'll meet again one day, i know we'll reunite.
Love Jack.
