"Hey," Kris said as he walked into his bedroom to find Adam lying on the bed. Their 3-month old daughter was asleep on Adam's chest as he lay reading a book.

"Hey, baby," Adam said taking a second to smile up at his husband before returning back to reading.

"How long has she been sleeping?" Kris sat at the edge of the bed before leaning down and leaving a kiss on his daughter's head.

"About an hour," Adam said continuing to stare at the book in his hand.

"I got a little something for her while I was out," Kris said rubbing the sleeping baby girl's back through the thin pink blanket draped over her.

"Yeah?" Adam asked, closing his book and setting it down on the bedside table. "What did you get her?"

"Well it's for you too." Kris looked up at Adam with a smile. He laughed seeing Adam's excited expression for getting a gift out of the blue. "It's just something small, not a big deal."

"Well show it to me," Adam said.

"Shouldn't we wait till Ryleigh wakes up so she can see it too?"

"Nah." Adam shook his head. Kris giggled at him.

"Fine, I'll be right back."

Kris was back in a flash carrying a plastic 'Babies R US' bag. He sat back down at the edge of the bed. Adam eyed the bag trying to see through the white plastic.

"I'm telling you, baby, it's not a big deal," Kris said smiling at his curious husband.

"Just open it and show me what it is before I grab the bag and rip it opened myself," Adam said jokingly, cocking his eyebrow at Kris.

Kris laughed. "I have the most impatient husband ever!"

"Do it!" Adam whined. "You know how much I hate surprises."

Kris giggled before opening the bag and pulling out a piece of pink baby clothing. He held the outfit up on its little hanger and showed it to Adam. It was a pink onsie that read 'I love my Papa'.

"Aww!" Adam said before covering his mouth with his hand. "That's so cute!"

"Yeah? You like it?" Kris smiled, pleased with himself.

"Very much! It's adorable!"

"I just saw it and thought you would like it." Kris handed the onsie to Adam to hold.

"You're not going to believe this," Adam said holding the pink cotton fabric to his heart.

"What?"

"I got you something yesterday too," Adam said, "go look in the closet, middle shelf, little white box."

Kris cocked his eyebrow with curiosity before getting up to retrieve the white box from the closet.

"This one?" Kris pointed at the box in question.

"Yup."

Kris opened the little white paper box and laughed out loud when he saw what was inside. Pulling out a piece of pink cotton fabric from the box he held it up so he could read the words 'My Dad is a Rockstar' on the front of the tiny pink onsie.

"That is so cute!" Kris smiled at Adam lying on the bed across the room. "I love it!"

"You're gunna look awesome in it, babe," Adam laughed.

"Very funny," Kris smiled shaking his head. He held onto the onsie and walked back over to the bed, crawling up to lay next to Adam.

"No really," Adam said cracking a smile, "that color is going to look amazing on you."

"You're such a goof," Kris giggled before leaning up to peck a kiss on Adam's mouth. He leaned back and caressed his husband's cheek with his opened palm, looking into Adam's blue eyes. "But I wouldn't have you any other way."
