A/N: My first slash fic! (And as you know, it has taken my heart.) Written while listening to NIghtwish's "Swanheart"

Black-haired boy sat all alone on the bed, leading against cool brick wall. He heard noise from downstairs; Laughter and chatting. He tried to close his ears from it. He couldn't take happiness right the moment. It hurt, when someone's things were alright, when he wasn't okay by himself.
Somehow boy wished someone would come, and would show some caring. Was it too much to ask? Mayby it was. He was already used to it, no one cares.
He closed his eyes, too tired to keep them open anymore.
The door opened. Light steps on the floor. Someone sat to bed next to sleepy boy.
"Sirius?" asked Remus' quietly. "Are you awake?"

opened his eyes bit and met another's worried look. Remus held out
his hand, stroked Sirius hair. "Everything alright?"
Sirius
was quiet, staring to nowhere. What could he say? Remus continued:
"I'm worried about you… You haven't came out for three days,
you haven't even eaten anything. Why?"
Sirius gave a shrug. "Not feeling like."
Remus looked his friend for a while. "Just tell what have happened."
Sirius said nothing for a while. "Just not feeling like. I'm feeling tired for this world. "
Remus nodded. Then he pulled Sirius on his lap, hugging him tightly. Sirius leaned his head on Remus' shoulder. It was very comforting.
"You know, I start to fear when you speak like this", Remus whispered. "Like you'd leave me."
Sirius shook his head. "No, I won't. Never."
Remus smiled. "Good. Because it's the last thing I want to happen. You're way too important to me."
Sirius gave a faint smile too. Then he closed his eyes again. Remus continued nibbling his hair. He felt safe.
They fell in silence for fifteen minutes again, and Sirius fell nearly asleep. Somewhere far away he heard Remus' voice.
"I love you."
Sirius fell asleep smiling.
