The day before had been a lot of work. With the battling of he-who-must-not-be-named, the gang was startled by his visit. It was a bright and happy morning. Inuyasha sat up, in the shade of the tree they had slept under. Looking around he saw that everyone else was still sleeping like babies. He stood up and grabbed an apple out of the tree. After the first bite, he spotted a worm. He screamed and through it down. Then he thought to whisper. Luckily only Kagome had woke up. She said," Quiet down a bit". He said "sorry". He looked around. For a moment there was an awkward silence. She said so would you like to go for a walk. He said ok. They tip toed away slowly making sure not to step on any leaves. They had gotten out of eye range of their friends. When they heard something rushing by. Shocked and scared they grabbed each others hands. And Kagome laid her head on Inu's shoulder. She said we haven't walked together in so long. Then they heard the rustling again. They disregarded it and kept on. And sort of drowned out the noises. When all of a sudden, something bit Inu's leg. He screamed how the hell. And saw a giant rat clinging to his foot. He shook it off and kicked it. Off in the distance someone screamed "Scabbers". and Ron came running. He picked up his rat and looked at the couple. Ron said do that again and I'll hurt you. Inu had a shocked look on his face. He said and who are you. Kagome tried to get inuyasha's attention. Ron said sorry for the bad intro but can you tell me where I am. Kagome said you're in the Shinto Forest. Ron said well can you help me find my friends. Inu was ready to object. But Kagome continued yes we can. Ron said well we were walking along trying to find a portal, when my pet Scabbers jumped out my arms. Inu said and bit me. Kagome looked Ron up and down. She said how did you get those scars. Ron said from he-who-must-not-be-named. Inu and Kagome stopped dead in their tracks. Inu said we spent yesterday battling with him, and almost lost, but I think we only scared him off. Ron said this is bad, and danger is coming for Harry.
