She sat on the edge of the cliff, looking down, thoughts raced through her head. She had just recently learned she had this power it killed her it was like a slow addictive drug, reeling her in and making her crave more. She asked herself why it had to be her she was the only female that had been granted with the power in centuries. She now had this great responsibility, she didn't want this but it was done she couldn't change things. She gazed down looking at the dark end of the cliff. Her name was Floraie Garwin and she had the power, the power of the Covenant. She sighed and then took a deep breath and closed her eyes she concentrated on the energy and power she felt within herself, it was like a fire burning deep within her soul. She felt it filling her she felt a burning sensation and gasped, her eyes snapped open and she was suddenly pushed back with heavy force. She grunted when she felt herself collide with a tree, she looked down at the palms of her hands and they seemed to be glowing an odd white color. She looked at them in wonder, She muttered to herself in disbelief, "What the Hell?.." She shook her head and stood up dusting herself off and flung herself off the cliff landing with a thump on the ground. Floraie walked over to her brothers, although only one was biological she still considered the others her brothers. She smiled at them in greeting, "Hey guys," Reid who happened to be her brother looked at her expression and gave her a look, She knew that look well it meant they were going to have a long talk later. The others nodded and muttered their hello's except for Tyler, being the sweet boy he was went over to her and hugged her in greeting. "Hey, Floraie" She smiled and gave him a sweet peck on the cheek, she then noticed Kate and a very pretty blonde girl coming towards them. She particularly didn't like Kate very much, it was nothing personal she just felt that Kate judged people too much based on their appearance. Kate came over and wrapped her arms around Pogue's neck kissing him and muttering with a pout, "I missed you, baby!" He kissed her and responded something she didn't quite hear. Floraie noticed the blonde girl who had come along with Kate standing there awkwardly, Kate probably noticed that too because she turned and then said " Guys this is my new roommate Sarah, Sarah this is Pogue Parry, Tyler Simms, Floraie Garwin" She gave a friendly smile and a small wave, "Reid Ga-" Reid cut Kate off before she could continue and step forward extending his hand forward and looking at Sarah with interest, "Reid Garwin, you know you remind me of my grandmother her name's Sarah too" Sarah had a look of amusement and then Caleb stepped in grinning, "Caleb Danvers and you don't remind me of my grandmother in any way."
