Shikamaru wonders what he is thinking, dating such a troublesome woman like Ino. She 's beautiful, yes, but surely that isn't the only reason why he is with her. It troubles him, knowing that he's in a relationship he could not physically gain from. If anything it is his loss.
Ino is time consuming and needy. Not only is she demanding, but expensive, and Shikamaru is sure that his savings had reduced by half since he started seeing her.
Wrinkles appeared on Shikamaru's usually wrinkle-free forehead. When he thought of it logically, he saw no reason to be with her.
Ino looked over to her frowning lover and smiles. She pokes him knowingly on his side, making him loose his train of though. "Keep it simple, stupid," She leans in for a kiss.
Reason? The fact that Ino is Ino is reason enough.
