In the year 2203 an organization known as the Shadow takes over it's ninth bank after the first war between Lycans, Vampires and humans. After this conquest, the group the decides to work on their newest creation; a super soldier born of Vampric and Lycanthrop blood. His name is Scarlet, or as known to the scientists of the organization Cryogenic Survivor 1827
