In an alternate iteration of the present, Tokyo has been attacked by strange white liquid creatures from the depths of the sea that has devastated the male genitals in the city. These creatures came from the sea so they were named 'Sea-Men' by the government.
The Story follows a child named Pico who works at his Grandpa's Drug Industry as a supplier. The mysterious sea-men attack Males only, they get inside the body through their genitals and destroy the body. Pico is his Grandpa's only supplier, He thought if the sea-men caught the boy, His business would be fucked up. So he decided to make Pico look like a girl. So Pico started working as a female supplier for his Grandpa.
On the other hand, The Government is trying to eliminate sea-men. Agent Tamotsu Mokkun is government's best man. He is an Agent, Leader, Chef, Cook, Baseball Player, Playboy, writes novels about anatomy and is part-time Porn star.
In Japanese 'Mokkun' is often confused with the word 'motherfucker'. Its wrong, It means 'Iron Man' in Japanese.
Now President St. Adolf Mokkun starts his journey to eliminate all the sea-men (and take some home for personal usage).
He somehow finds pico selling drugs. He is to stupidly intelligent, He thinks pico is a cute hot smexy teen selling cookies. He falls for him because there was a stone on the ground of course...)
He asks Pico Kamishiro to join him and eliminate all the sea-men. Pico agrees and they both shake hands (and their Dic Dicktionaries.. Yeah..)
