Author's note: Sorry I haven't posted a story/chapter on any of my stories in a while.. I got too obsessed with roleplays... This is my comeback and I'll update when ever I can.. Just so I don't get in any trouble, I don't own twilight or any of the characters... but I sure wish I did... So I guess you want the story now don't you? Well here it is!
Chapter 1- Cafeteria
I stood quietly in the queue as I heard the girl in front of me talk excitedly to her friends. My hands shook as they always do and I felt alone. My eyes quickly darted around the cafeteria trying not to make any unwanted contact. The girl infront of me was being served now and that meant it was almost my turn. I ran through my order in my head just incase I was to forget. Then the girl turned around and a golden glimmer of sunlight flickered in her eye. She was an angel...
Her head was buried in a book that was positioned on a tray beside her meal. I must of been staring at her a while because the woman at the counter was shouting at me.
"Oh sorry," I said and went through my order of spicy sausage pasta with a topping of grated cheese. I heard a soft giggle behind me. I turned, picking up my tray, and saw the girl again. Her cheeks were flushed red, and by the look on her face, I guessed mine were too. She started shaking her head and smiling at her book.. Was she new? I didn't remember seeing her around.
I remembered my first day, it was about eight months ago. It probably was her first day... I wanted to smile at her and get her name, but she walked away, laughing at me... I sighed and sat on a deserted table
After about an hour of reading my science book in the atrium, a shadow loomed over me. I looked up and my breath was swept away,
"Hey, I'm Alice" said the girl from the cafeteria...
