Here to Stay

Don't you see?

Or do you look right through me?

'Cause I can see through

The walls you build up

The chains that hold you down

The wind that makes you wander

From place to place

The icy-heart that melts

Slowly

Slowly

Like a fissure that swallows

Everything you hold close

A father that left

A mother who died

You, left alone

Telling yourself not to cry

Now, you think

No one's worth the trouble

"They'll just leave, anyways"

Is that true?

Is that right?

No, it's not

Look, I'm here

I won't leave

Don't you see?

I'm here to stay
