Dean shut his eyes as light streamed through the window, making his eyes scream and his head pound. He slowly dragged himself up to the bathroom. He looked in the mirror at the mark left from the carpet on his cheek.
He remembered the bar and the shots, but nothing after that: not walking back and not falling asleep on the floor.
He glanced at the still made bed across the room. He sighed.
Dean never thought he would miss the days when Sam would make fun of him for drinking too much.
But, then, Dean never thought there'd be life after Hell.
