Angel girl and Demon boy

A soul so pure

And light,

That shines through

The darkest of night.

The angel girl

With an upturned face,

Tears falling down

Her face.

Her name is written

A polished rock,

A broken heart

That the world forgot.

The tears won't stop

Falling down her face,

Like the rain pouring down

Like a storm,

Her tears cascading down her face.

Her heart and soul

So fragile and true,

Her soul like a mirror

Of tinted glass.

So easily broken,

As she hides behind a mask

Of quietness, shyness.

Watching and waiting,

And listening to the dark words

Spoken to the one she loves,

Wishing for someone to save

The lonely boy.

A soul so tainted

And dark,

That reaches for the light

His heart so broken

And dark in the night.

The demon boy

With a darkened face,

Happiness on his face.

Evil words written

On his door,

Things shattered and thrown

On the floor.

His eyes betray his face,

But no one bothers to even

Look at his eyes,

Eyes older than his years.

His heart and soul

So fragile and broken.

His life is a big lie,

Full of broken promises, blood

And tears.

He hides behind a mask,

A façade,

Of happiness, loudness.

As his heart and mind breaking

And shedding the tears,

He hasn't shed.

Waiting and hoping for

Someone who will care,

And love him,

And want him there.

Every one hates him

Ignores him and beats him,

They torture him waiting for

Him to break.

His mask is now broken,

His true self

And emotions showing.

As everyone watches

Mouths silent and a gape,

Others smirking, smiling

And laughing.

The angel girl and demon boy,

One dreaming of love,

The other dreaming of happiness

As they wait for each other on the other side of the light.
