I hope you'll like it so far! :D
I know this place, these doors this smell the noise! I am finally here it's been so long since I've seen everyone!
So many thoughts ran through my head as I walked up to the two giant doors, "Should I do this?" I thought out loud placing my hand on the door pushing it a little "Please remember me..." As I opened the doors a giant bright flashing light blocked my vision and then...
My eyes shot open.
'Just another Dream...' I thought to myself, sitting up in my bed bringing my knees close to my face staring at the mark on my hand. "What is that place?" As I stud up I looked around the room, in three days it was my 18th birthday I just pray that my Father will let me leave. "Okay! Lucy you can do this!" I began to prep myself looking in the mirror as I brushed my hair "It can't be that bad! I'm sure he'll let me go, yeah! Yeah that's right."
"Lucy! Oh Lucy! Let down your golden hair!" Yelled a man from a far, I ran to a small window that had a small hook for me to place my long blond hair on. As I hooked my hair to the hook it fell straight to the ground showing how long and strong it was. I then felt someone pulling my hair slightly not too much though it didn't hurt too badly.
"Good-Moring Dear." Stated my father as he smiled looking at me, he was a young looking man he looked more like my older brother than my dad—then again...My special abilities help out with that.
"Good-Moring father" I said with a small smile, 'Okay now's my chance.' I thought looking at my father as he wondered the small room. "Dad... Can I—" I was interrupted.
"Why don't you sing me a song?" he asked smiling. I gave a quick nod and I pushed him to his chair grabbing a small stool placing it a few inches away from him and I then grabbed a brush sitting in from of him singing a small tune.
Flower gleam and glow let your power shine,
Make the clock reverse,
Bring back what once was mine.
I took a breath in, "There! Now will you listen to me?!" I shouted slightly. My father was be fumbled.
"What is it dear?" he asked blinking.
"I was wondering, can I go outside and travel to these big doors I keep having dreams about! The dreams only happen around this time for three days, just before my birthday!" I began to rant a little.
"You want to go outside?" He asked stopping me mid sentence, "Lucy dear, you know that there is nothing good about being outside. There are men with pointy teeth, illness!" he stated staring right at me, "You are not even dressed, no shoes, your hair—my dear people will just want to cut it off! And you don't want that now would you?" he said pulling me into a hug.
"No..." I said sighing hugging him back even more scared now then I was before.
"I'm going to go out for a little and I'll be back with some food. Now please do not talk about going outside anymore." My father asked, as he climbed back down the tower.
"Ok..." I said sighing "I guess maybe I'll have to try again next year..." I soon went back to my chores, smiling slightly as I saw Plue I gave him a tight squeeze "I wish I could just go outside..."
Don't forget to comment and give me feedback! Thanks! xoxo
