"What is this?" Ariadne asked herself as she took out a black box out of Arthur's pants pocket, "Could it be?" she wondered.
"I'm home!" Arthur said as he closed the door to the suit. Instantly Ariadne placed the box inside the pocket and mixed it with the rest of Arthur's clothes.
"Hi honey" Ariadne said calmly coming out of their bedroom, she placed her arm around Arthur's neck and gave him a sweet kiss. "How was your day".
"It just gets better and better" he said as he brought her hands toward his lips. "I made reservations to a very fine restaurant" he kissed her again, then walked to the kitchen and poured himself a cup of coffee.
"Really?" Ariadne had to calmly forced the words for her heart was pounding faster and faster.
Arthur grinned and nodded as he slowly took a sip.
"And what could have brought this up?" she sweetly asked, hoping for him to say something about what she had found.
"You'll see" and gave that smile that she loved.
~AT THE RESTAURANT~
"Wow what a glamorous place" Ariadne said as they were placed in their table, "you said a very fine restaurant, I think this place surpasses 'fine'"
Arthur smiled.
They had a wonderful time. They joked, they laughed, everything was perfect.
"Ariadne" Arthur said, this time seriously.
"Yes" she said, confused.
She saw as his hand went down to his tux pocket.
"Of course, the box!" Ariadne thought, she looked straight at his eyes as he held the small little box in front of him.
He opened it.
"Ariadne will you ma..."
"Yes!" she quickly answered, "a million times yes". Ariadne could feel tears coming down her cheeks.
Arthur smiled as he placed the diamond ring on her finger, then pulled her up from their table and brought her close and gave her a tender kiss.
People began to applaud, other whistled and wooed.
