Chapter 1
Izuku Midoriya walked home with his head low to the ground in shame. All his life he only had the ideal of being a symbol of peace and justice. Unfourtanetly fate was a cruel mistress and made Izuku be quirk less. Until today Izuku Midoriya still held hope for being a hero.
The reason that hope no longer existed was due to meeting his favorite hero, All Might. The meeting revealed a lot of things to the young man. First All Might was not the person he thought he was. Second the hero life was even more dangerous than he ever believed. Finally Izuku Midoriya would never be able to be a hero.
As he walked home in shame Izuku could hear all the voices of people telling him he can never be a hero. First it was the doctor that gave him the news of his quirk less future. Next was his mother apologizing to him for not being able to give him a quirk. After his mother were all his classmates and teachers. Finally the last was All Might.
"I guess it truly was a foolish dream for me to have. Everyone told me it was impossible, but I was just to blind and dumb to see it. I guess I should start looking into other job careers," said Izuku as he walked. As he talked to himself Izuku heard a crowd of people talking near him.
Looking up Izuku found that he had walked to the explosion he saw on the roof earlier. Out of habit Izuku began to rush in and grab his notes. After the previous events came rushing back to him Izuku stopped himself.
'I can't believe that I walked over here subconsciously. That is going to be a habit that I need to break later in life,' thought Izuku to himself. He turned to leave but heard something that made him shoot back around.
"Damn you Slime monster! How dare you do this to the next number one hero! I will destroy you!" yelled out the voice of Bakugo. Izuku looked at the situation and found himself horrified.
First of all the villain attacking was the one that caught him earlier, and had caught Bakugo. Second a large fire was burning everything around them. Lastly none of the heroes are doing anything to really help the situation.
"Why are the heroes just standing there? Why don't they rush in and save Ka-chan?" questioned Izuku. A man that was next to Izuku decided to answer the mans question.
"The problem is that none of their quirks are effective against this type of threat. It was just bad luck that this villain attacked with these heroes around," said the man nearest to Izuku. Izuku looked at the heroes in both shock and clarity.
'This is what a hero is? I thought that heroes were supposed to do their best to save people. But now that I think about it, they do it for the fame. This is pathetic,' thought Izuku. Once again Bakugo screamed out and the heroes complained about being unable to do a thing.
Without any thought Izuku shot forward and attempted to help Bakugo. As he ran by al the heroes made a grab for him, but refused to move into the range of the villain. Izuku made it to the slime monster and began to try and rip it off of Bakugo. Bakugo looked at Izuku in anger.
"Deku what are you doing here? I don't need help from a bug like you! Just leave and let someone with power show you how it is done!" yelled Bakugo. As Bakugo yelled this out something in Izuku snapped. All the abuse, mentally and physically, from his peers caught up. Unnoticed by all blue streak began to flow over Izuku's arms.
"Shut Up!" yelled Izuku as loud as he could. Everyone in the area, including a hiding All Might, stopped dead in his or her tracks. Everyone could see this kid was normally meek, so this was a surprise.
"I have had enough of people telling me what I can and can't do! I'm sick of watching as the so-called heroes of this world only fight for fame! I am done watching on the sidelines! I may not have a quirk, but I have the desire to help people, even at the cost of my life!
"It does not matter to me if a person has a quirk or not. If the quirk is strong enough or not. I will be a hero, even if everyone says I can't. So shut up and let me save you!" yelled Izuku. Bakugo was so shocked he stopped struggling, allowing the slime monster to fully absorb Bakugo.
"Thanks for that kid. If it weren't for you shocking that kid so much it would've taken longer for me to absorb him. In thanks I'll kill you quickly," said the monster as it shot a tentacle at Izuku. Izuku was launched back and sent flying in the air. As he began to fall to the ground he heard all the people shouting out to help him.
Izuku saw his life flash before his eyes and could only look on in disgust. He lived his life like a coward and never stood up for himself, or what he believed in. He would never be able to change his life and prove everyone wrong. He wouldn't become a hero like he dreamed. Once again he realized everyone else was wrong. He shut his eyes in anger
"Kid let me ask you a question. Do you want to be a hero of justice?" questioned a voice in Izuku's head. Izuku thought for a moment and knew what he wanted.
"I do want to be a hero, more than anything else in the world. I want to save people and do anything to help others," said Izuku in his head. He could somehow feel the voice in his head smirk.
"Would you do anything to help them, even kill? Would you damn yourself to save just one person?" questioned the voice. Izuku answered with no hesitation.
"Yes," said Izuku. The voice stood silent for a moment. Izuku knew it had one more question for him. Unknown to Izuku inside of his body an energy he was unaware of awoke as he talked to the voice.
"This is the last and final question. Do you Izuku Midoriya believe you can become a hero? You have lived your life caring for other people's opinion, never once asking for your own. This time ask it yourself," said the voice. Izuku truly thought about it for a second and opened his eyes with an answer.
"Yes," said Izuku with conviction in his voice. Izuku flips in the air and lands on his feet, shocking everyone in the area. Izuku looks up at the monster a fire in his eyes. Izuku summons Kanshou and Bakuya in his hands further shocking people and prepared to fight.
"It seems as if you do have a quirk. If I had known earlier I may have been able to take down All Might, but hindsight is twenty twenty. Let me deal with you now!" yelled the monster as it sent an explosion at Izuku. Izuku prepared to fight, but heard the voice in his head again.
'Listen to me kid, you finally awoke your powers, but you don't know how to use them yet. On top of that your body is nowhere near powerful enough to use them to their max potential. I will help you out a bit by giving you a supply of my own mana to make up for your weak body, and knowledge of how I used these powers. Now go get him kid,' said the voice. Izuku felt in his body that the voice had told him the truth.
As the explosion drew near Izuku responded by putting his sword in an X formation in front of him. As the explosion stopped people could see Izuku standing there unharmed. Izuku shot forward with insane speeds at the villain.
"Impressive, but not enough!" yelled the slime monster. It shot its tentacles at the running child, but the child jumped through the gap. Using his restricted movements the monster shot an explosion at Izuku. Izuku stabbed Kanshou into a tentacle and pushed himself over the blast, and threw the other at the monster in mid-air.
The monster blocked the blade with a tentacle and hissed in pain. He was unable to prevent Izuku from getting in front of him. Izuku raised his hands and created a bow and a special arrow. The monster began to send a blast as Izuku prepared an arrow. The monster uses a full power blast.
"Caladbolg," whispered Izuku as he released the arrow. The arrow meets the explosion and easily overwhelms the blast. The slime monster looks on in fear as his world goes dark. The slime monster reverts to its small form, unconscious, releasing a heavily sweating Bakugo.
'You did good kid, but you will need to get stronger if you desire to use these powers to their max potential. Train using my knowledge, I won't share my mana with you again,' said the voice in his head as it disappeared. Izuku felt as if it would return eventually.
"Kid what the hell do you think you were doing. Yes you were able to defeat the villain, but you are just a young child with…"started the hero Desutgoro.
"That was amazing kid, but really reckless. You should let professionals handle…" started Kamui Woods.
"Hey kid how could you take the attention from me? It was my debut and you ruined it. You really should learn…" started Mount Lady. Izuku lost his temper again as all the fake heroes chastised him.
"All of you shut up now!" yelled Izuku. The heroes did as they were told in surprise. The camera crew that was near by began to record Izuku and make it live.
"You call yourselves heroes, but in all reality you are just normal people that have a bit of power. The job of a hero is to constantly put their lives on the lines for others and be ready to die for what they believe in; I did not see that today. I saw three fakers try and look good for the camera and complain when things got to difficult to handle.
"I did what you were afraid to do and put my life on the line to save someone who bullied me my entire life. As a matter of fact you could have gone in and grabbed me, because I did it with the idea I did not have a quirk. Speaking of the only reason I survived was due to a quirk I never knew of awakening. What do you have to say for yourselves?" questioned Izuku. The heroes looked down at the ground in shame. Everything he said held truth to them.
Izuku turned away from them and disappeared using his new quirks insane speed. As he reappeared on the walkway to his house he fell down exhausted. He realized that he truly did need to train his body and quirk.
"Well kid it seems as if you do have a quirk, and a pretty powerful one at that. You can become a…" said the injured form of All Might as he walked in front of Izuku.
"Enough hero of Justice. I no longer need to hear those words from you. After so long I realized the only person who needed to say them was me, and I have. I no longer hold you as my hero now and don't need you to help me," said Izuku as he stood up and began to walk off. All Might made a grab for Izuku's shoulder.
"Wait a minute kid, I have an offer for you," said All Might. Izuku kept on walking.
"I don't want to hear it. From now on I will become a hero by myself. I will accomplish my dreams by myself. I don't need any help and I don't need you," said Izuku.
'How did he know I was going to offer to be his teacher,' thought All Might. Izuku Waked home planning how he would begin his training.
The knowledge in his head gave him a good idea what he needed to do. He needed to strengthen his body before his new powers. Training his powers will also be easy considering he has the memories of all the previous users of these powers. All the memories of each universe version of the Hero of Justice Archer, A.K.A Shiro Emiya.
