The vixen was on her knees holding onto the vulpines shirt begging him not to leave her. He grabbed her wrist and squeeze forcing her to let go. When she did, he let go of her and started walking past her and out of the alley.

"I love you Fox." echoed throughout the alley.

The vulpine stopped, turned around only to shake his head, close his eyes and walk away. He stopped once again at the entrance to the alley.

"Then why'd you do it?" he asked.

"I was upset Fox."

"At what?" he questioned.

"You know what!" she yelled.

"It was for your own protection."

"I wanted to apart of something I love…With someone I love."

Fox turned around once again and a second later his father's combat knife was stuck in her chest.

"I will never be able to love someone who has betrayed me."

Blood started to leak from the vixen's chest, and drip down from the grip of the blade onto the ground. Tears flowed from her azure eyes and landed on the ground. When her torso landed on the ground the knife drove through her, and could be seen coming out of the vixen's back. Fox left Krystal without looking back at her cold empty shell. He walked down the empty streets of Corneria City, alone, tears uncontrollably streaming down his face. His sobs could be heard during the quiet hours of night in the city.

The blue furred vixen awoke to nothing but white. There was absolutely nothing to be seen other than her unclothed body. She spun in circles wondering where she was and how she got there, until she felt a warm touch from a hand on her shoulder. The fox turned around only to see nothing but white. She felt the touch again and she turned around once more. But the same result… nothing but white. She kept feeling the hand again and again; she turned and turned over and over until she fell to her knees screaming as she thought she was becoming insane. Sobbing, she was brought to her feet by clothe-less Fox McCloud.

"Is this how you felt when I-" she was interrupted by a finger placed against her lips.

"Yes, and it is how you will feel forever." The vulpine backed up and faded into nothing. Soon Krystal's vision faded as well, but into a pitch black.

"It is a tragic day for the Lylat system as the former teammates Krystal Fox, and Fox McCloud have been found dead. No evidence as to whom or what had done the heinous crime has been found ye-" the reporter put her hand to her ear. "Well this just in... the murder of the two former teammates is now being called a "Murder Suicide" committed by the Hero of Lylat himself, Fox McCloud.
