p style="text-align: center;"The story takes place in the arc-v world and the different villages are duel schools and Naruto is neglected by his family for most of his life and runs away at the age of 7 or 8. You get to decide Naruto's deck and the other characters from the anime. The level of neglect is up to you as well as how long it will take for them to realize their mistake in the time span of 1 to 4 years. Naruto will attend the you show duel school and see his sibling or siblings (you decide) again and when is up to you, but it has to be when he is sixteen or before. Naruto will refuse to go back to his family and the leaf duel academy. I will leave it up to you if you want to give Naruto pendulum summoning. How the story goes later is up to you and you can decide what schemes will Naruto's old family do to get him back and any other thing that will happen. Also with parings you can only choose hinata as the only one from the leaf duel school and besides her you can pair him up with an oc or arc-v characters and you can only make a small harem, which is about 5 I believe.
