Prologue:
The year is 2142, humans have helped the evolution of animals on all fours to only 2 and they were even given their own countries. They had to start like humans and have evolved to WW2 era machines. As WW3 is at its break the countries South America(dogs) and Africa(cats) joined forces called the Canine and Feline Allied Nation or CFAN for short. They mass produce Tanks, Ships and Planes all of WW2 era. But a resources in the human race decline they start to by Tanks,Ships and Planes, turning WW3 in to a bit more advanced version of WW2.
Time Fracture:
Basically there invention of time travel in 1925 by a mad scientist exploded with him in it making everything in 1925 slow the aging process by 99%. Balto and his family have evolved with the world just to keep looking normal. Balto has been in the CFAN military for about 100 years, and then it happened the was bombed by German fw 200's and He 111's the CFANAF was able to shoot down a lot of bombers but it wasn't enough the bomber reached their target of the biggest city and capital Treston and a fire storm started burning it and its occupants and destroyed everything the CFAN stood for, this meant war.
