My feelings for you are indescribable to express with simple words.

You can't deny it.

But eventually, without you here...

I would forget. Those memories would evaporate like water and I'd forget all about how it felt to be with you.

I didn't feel like I was alive anymore...

But like those lessons we had in school, I remembered.

Once something evaporates, it turns into vapor. Vapor would turn into cloud and rain would fall from that cloud.

I've never felt anything sweeter or warmer than that after a long period of time.

It was heaven.

As rain fell on my head, memories of us together would come back to me- even the most insignificant.

As it touched my lips, I remembered the warmth when you kissed me.

As it reached my ears, I could hear you whispering into my ears- "I love you…idiot"

When it touched my heart, I cried.

But when I opened my eyes, I saw you standing in front of me. Standing in the rain, looking at me with that smirk of yours.

Then you said to me –

"Hi"

I looked at him, just as wet as I was from the heavy downpour of rain.

He didn't ask why I was crying, or maybe he just couldn't see them because of the rain.

I couldn't believe my eyes; he died in front of me just a year ago.

No...

I believed my eyes.

I had to.

But when I opened my mouth to say something, I didn't know what to say. So I just answered dumbly, "Hey..."

I never noticed that I'd stopped crying.

My hands started reaching towards him, but before I knew it, the rain stopped.

He was gone again.

I looked up at the sky as I closed my eyes and said, "Come back," and yelled your name out loud.

"I love you," I whispered as a tear rolled down my cheek.

Ever since then, I went outside whenever it rained.

Hoping to feel that warmth again.

Hoping to see you just one more time.

But I never did.

I guess I was supposed to be satisfied with that.
