It is now day thirty. One day left.

Ram let out a sigh as she watched her younger sister. The pink-haired maid wondered what Rem had done this time to make her so fidgety.

"Rem, what happened?" asked Ram, making Rem flinch.

"I d-did something bad, sister," replied the shy one. "Subaru hates me now!"

The elder sister raised an eyebrow at this. Knowing her sister, Rem was probably blowing this out of proportion.

"What makes you say that, Rem?"

With trembling lips, Rem answered. "I tried to tell him that I love him and wanted him to praise me, but he keeps avoiding me!"

Ram pinched the bridge of her nose in frustration as Rem cried her eyes out. She wasn't sure what to do first, calm her sister down or hunt down Subaru for making Rem cry. Regardless, Rem came first.

"Rem, listen to me," said Ram. Once Rem looked at her and gave a few sniffs, Ram continued. "Don't give up on trying to win Subaru's heart."

"R-Really?"

"Yes, really. Subaru would be a fool to turn down someone as beautiful and as kind as you."

"You are much more beautiful and kinder than me, sister."

"Stop that, Rem," ordered Ram. "You are better than you think and let no one tell you otherwise! You are the best sister I could ever ask for and one day you will be Subaru's wife!"

Ram watched as the single blue eye shined in happiness. A rarity.

"D-Do you mean it, sister?"

"I wouldn't have said if I didn't."

"Thank you, sister!"

Ram was stunned when Rem gave her a sudden hug before going off, most likely to find Subaru. Letting out a sigh, Ram had one last thought before heading to her room.

'Don't make Rem cry again, Subaru. It will be the last thing you do.'

Always be wary of older siblings, especially if they're like Ram.
