The Spider

AN: What if in the movie the Spider had bitten Flash Thompson instead of Peter? Expect more chapters later.

Peter pointed the camera at Mary Jane who posed in front of the cages with the spiders. He clicked a few pictures, unknown to him one spider had escaped captivity and was crawling down to him at that very second. A very special spider, one in which the experiments on had changed into something unexpected.

Suddenly Peter was pushed back by the furious Flash Thompson.

"Parker." He said with hatred in his voice. "Who said you could take pictures of my girl?" The spider landed on Flash's exposed hand, which had just pushed Peter. With it's last second of life it sunk it's teeth into Flash's flesh. Flash yelped in pain and swatted it off his arm. "Lousy bug." He grumbled.

Peter was still shocked from Flash popping up.

"Flash leave him alone." Mary Jane said in disgust. "I said he could take the pictures for the paper, and I don't need your permission to do it." Flash felt his hand begin to ache.

"Ya well..." He began.

"You three! Get back with the group." The teacher ordered. Flash gave Peter a threatening look and walked back to the other students.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure he doesn't do anything to you. He can be such a jerk sometimes." Mary Jane told Peter. He nodded. He looked to the ground and noticed the Spider that had been swatted off.

*Did that just bite Flash?* He though to himself. The Spider were experimental, a bite could be very dangerous. *Looks like I'll have to talk to him about it, after he calms down.* Mary Jane and Peter rejoined the group.

Flash was really beginning to feel lousy. He felt like he was burning up, things were getting blurry and his hand was getting a really ugly bump from the stupid spider. What was happening? He rushed home that day after school, but in the morning things would be a lot different.
