Chapter 1: Coffee

Professor Sycamores assitant walked into the lab. She avoided the books, papers and garchomp who was sleeping on the floor. She got to his desk and set down a coffee cup. She quietly walked to the elevator and left. As the elevator down shut, Sycamore bolted up. He looked around and yawned. He saw the coffee cup and took a sip out of it. He walked over to the window and saw serena with a quiladen coming up the road. Professor Sycamore grinned when he saw Lysandre heading to prism tower.

Sycamore whipped out his holo-caster and texted Lysandre. Are you going for another interview? he texted. A couple seconds later he got a reply. Yes, oh arceus save me, Lysandre said. Sycamore giggled and put his holo-caster back in his pocket.

"Hello professor" Serena said. Professor Sycamore turned around and smiled. "Why bonjour serena, how are you?" he said. Quiladen jumped from Serena's shoulder into Augustine arms. "Quiladen! what did i say about doing that" Serena groaned. Professor laughed. "Quiladen seems to be doing great" Professor Sycamore said laughing as quiladen pulled silly faces at serena.

Garchomp woke up and walked up to serena. He snuggled into her. "Oh hey there garchomp!" Serena said giggling. "oh wait. Professor here i found this in dendemille town" Serena said. She rummaged through her bag and took out a medichamite. "Since we're both working on mega evolution, i knew you would like this" She said handing him the stone. Professor Sycamores eyes lit up. "Serena thank you!" he said excitdly.

Serena nodded. "I only need some things from you" she said. "What do you need?" He said. "Do you have any books on xerneas?" she said. "Of course! follow me" He smiled.

After an hour serena said goodbye. Professor watched her go from the door. She was carrying two books, her quiladen was holding one and she was riding on her Pyroar.

Lysandre walked out of prism tower and saw serena. She stopped him and asked him about Yveltal and Xerneas. Professor Sycamore softly smiled at Lysandre. How good he was at explaining and Playfully teasing Pyroar.

Serena thanked him and left. Lysandre saw Professor and waved. Professor waved back and ran over to him. "Bonjour mon ami!" Professor said with a goofy smile. "Hello there Augustine" Lysandre said looking down at him. Lysandre was about 6'4 while Augustine was 5'9. "i was um, wondering do you wanna get a coffee?" Augustine said. Lysandre nodded. "I've nowhere to be so alright." Lysandre said
