This is if Flynn came later to the tower.
With the Trio landing on a new world in order to obtain the power of Waking, they stumbled upon Heartless. After the fight they decided to look around. Sora accidentally found a cave. Curiosity getting the better of them, the trio marched forward and saw a tower.
"Whoa." Sora said, as he saw the tower with Donald and Goofy.
"Gawrsh, wonder what's in that tower?" Goofy asked, being curious on what a tower is doing out here.
"Maybe someone is trying to protect something." With Donald trying to come up with an idea.
"I'll head up there to if someone's in it while you guys look out for any Heartless, okay?" He asked the two before Donald and nodded in confirmation.
When he reached his destination on what was in it, he found the interesting, as if someone lived here.
"Some one lived here? If so, why live out here alone? And where's the stairs?"
Sora crossed his arms trying to think of an answer to his questions.
He sadly did not see the frying pan that descended upon the backside of his head.
