Earth Was a Pretty Great Place

Once upon a time, a magical princess was shipped to Earth by her parents, the King and Queen. A cheerful n' weird one, she was. Always fighting monsters, always protecting herself and her friends, always by his side. Her best friend, a boy, was her roommate while she trained here on Earth. They did almost everything together.
Well, over time, the princess's heart started to change. She loved it here, on Earth. The people. The food. The experiences that she had.
And her best friend soon turned into something more vulnerable, her crush.
She wanted to stay and to always be with her friends. That wasn't a viable option, though, because the Queen told her she had to go back home one summer. She didn't like that, not one bit. She fought and screamed and begged her mother to reconsider what she was forcing her to do. She did everything in her power to try to persuade her into letting her stay with him. But the Queen wouldn't budge.
The princess was pushed to her limit when she realized that she had something much more powerful than her mother. Something older than her and the Queen, older than any family she knew of. Her magic wand.
So, she used it. She cast a spell, one that no-one can remember, and it was done. The Queen, the King, the Kingdom from which she came, all gone. Wiped away.
All that's left is Earth. And only Earth. Her perfect, bubbled Earth.
Her name? I can't recall. No-one can. But we think it has something to do with the big Butterfly wings that are hugging our Dimension.
