Tony walks into the squad room, a smug smirk plastered on his face as he sits down behind his desk. Kate reminds McGee that it's his turn to ask.

"Fine Tony. How was your weekend?" asks McGee knowing full well that Tony would bug Kate and him if one of them didn't ask him about his latest date.

"Oh, it was excellent Probie. I went out with this Literature English Major, 22, brunette. Really pretty," brags Tony smirking evilly as he does. Both Kate and McGee become increasingly worried as they recognize Tony's 'I know something that is going to upset you but I'm going to tell you anyway' look.

"What's her name?" asks McGee feeling a sense of dread wash over him.

"I'm getting to it, just let me describe her a bit more. So; she wants to be a writer like her older brother who by the way she is living with so we had to be very quiet as we… did the nasty so we wouldn't wake him. Which was hard to do since she was a wildcat in the bed and just soooo flexible," Tony brags getting up from his desk and leaning on Tim's. Tim's sense of dread increases.

"Tony. What. Is. Her. Name?" Tim asks now really hoping Tony isn't talking about who he thinks Tony is talking about. Tony smirks evilly.

"By the way McGee, did I happen to leave my Ray-Bans sun glasses at your place on Friday. I mean your sister just tore my clothes off so I don't know where they went?" asks Tony.

"You bastard!" shouts Tim jumping out of his seat.

"My sister! I can't believe you Tony! Isn't any thing sacred to you!" screams Tim as he storms off to call his sister Sarah.

Tony smirks and turns to Kate.

"Tony that was mean making Tim think you slept with his little sister," scolds Kate.

"Did you want me to tell him the truth that I slept with you on Friday Kate?" asks Tony swaggering over to Kate's desk and sitting on the edge.

"No, but you could have made some one up," replies Kate looking around for Gibbs just in case.

"We're not going to be able to keep lying for much longer Tony, Abby suspects and I think Gibbs knows that we broke rule 12," says Kate.

"Gibbs will understand, besides, we'll just use his own rule against him. Rule 18, it's better to seek forgiveness than ask for permission," replies Tony giving Kate a quick peck on the lips before returning to his own desk to wait for McGee to return.

I dedicate this story to jrrm64 as this story was inspired by their 'McSister and The Rogue Agent' which I found to be a very well written DiNozzoXSarah McGee story.

However I couldn't resist throwing in a bit of Tate at the end.

And yes I know I was mean to Tim but I'll make it up to him soon.
