Crying out softly Ginny Weasley grabbed her brother's jacket to toss over her worn t-shirt and flannel pajama pants before dashing out of the Tower to the Quidditch Pitch. Quietly slipping through the hallways to the front door she opened them and raced outside to help the blond boy who she had seen tumbling through the air.

"Malfoy! Are you all right?" she shouted before reaching the ex-Slytherin who was sprawled out on the ground. When she reached him the redhead stared in shock at him. He was...laughing. He just fell many feet from the air and was laughing? "Malfoy?" she said, poking a finger into his side to snag his attention. "What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Why nothing. Nothing at all. That was one of the most exhilarating things I've ever done!"

"What?!" she shrieked, looking upset. "You just fell out of the sky on purpose?"

"If you keep worrying you'll get wrinkles Weasley."

"Ha! I'll never get as many as you will. So, what on earth possessed you to fall out of the sky?"

"Why should I tell you?" he demanded, pouting.

"Because I just ran out of my nice, warm room to come and make sure you were all right."

"You did?" he asked, standing up. "And how, may I ask, Miss Weasley did you even know I was out here?"

"I was watching you." She said, coloring slightly. "Be glad there's so much bloody snow out here. You could have been hurt."

"You were watching me?" Draco demanded, stepping closer to the small redhead.

"Yes."

"And then you showed the wisdom that your twenty-four years have given you by racing out here without shoes on while there's a foot of snow on the ground."

"Yes."

"And you have the nerve to lecture me about not being safe?"

"Yes." She said glaring at him. "Why were you falling from the sky anyway?

"Last chance to do so before tomorrow."

"You are such an idiot." She said, grinning slightly, and shaking her head.

"Gin! Where are you?" Harry's voice cut through the still February air. "I know that you're out here with Malfoy."

"Aren't you supposed to call him by his first name Harry?" she called back.

"Er...yeah. What are you two doing out here?"

"This idiot just fell from the sky."

"WHAT!"

"It was an adrenaline rush." Draco told Harry, sighing happily.

"Well, Gin, you need to come inside now."

"Fine Harry." She said turning to follow the boy-who-lived as he walked away.

"Wait, Gin." Draco called out. "Do you have to go?"

"Sure do Malfoy. It's bad luck for you to see the bride on the wedding day, before the ceremony." She said, tapping her watch as it hit 11:58 p.m. "It's almost the fourteenth. Enjoy your last moments of being a bachelor."

"Oh." He said, smirking. "I will." before stepping closer to her and covering her mouth with his own.
