Lacy here. So I was using this song to help me write the final chapter of my A&E mini series and it struck me, it is a fantastic song for Aaron and Emily. Not the series but them. So we're gonna get a small, plotless fic for it just so I can share it with all of you. It takes place in season four and Jack's with Haley. Have fun!

I can feel the magic floating in the air

I watch the sunlight dance across your face and I've

Eyes half lidded, mind still stretching from a long sleep, Aaron found himself watching the sun light spill into the room and across Emily's gentle sleeping features. The shining light lit up the subtle natural mahogany highlights in her hair and caught the slight sparkle on her eyelids left over from her make up that her remover didn't get.
All my thoughts just seem to settle on the breeze
When I'm lying wrapped up in your arms
The whole world just fades away

A soft breeze blew through the open window, causing Emily to tuck herself more firmly into Aaron's arms. She smiled softly as he held her closer. She couldn't believe how safe she felt in his arms, as if nothing could touch her. She knew it was silly but that's how he made her feel. She peaked an eye open and saw him watching her. Smiling, she pushed herself up to kiss him, thrilled when he met her halfway.

When they were like this, just the two of them, the world melted away. No one else existed. It was so easy for them to get caught up in each other, in the touches, caresses and kisses. Their loving was always gentle, their world was too rough and hard for them to be that way with each other. It was slow and passionate and perfectly them.

Aaron wasn't sure he'd ever felt this whole in a relationship before, not even with Haley. Emily understood him so much more then Haley did. It was so easy with her. Most of the time they never had to say a word to each other. They just knew, they always just knew.

Aaron hugged her tight as he pressed his lips to her hair. "I love you too,"

Laying spooned together, facing the window the breeze drifted through, they stayed still, not speaking. Just feeling each other, just loving each other. Just breathing.
