The Fox Princess
It's just the Swan Princess with their characters swapped out with Naruto's
Btw, I don't own the anime, nor the plot.
Once upon a time, there was a king named Minato; who ruled a large and mighty kingdom.
And Yet; he was sad.
For he was growing old an had no child to inherit the throne.
Then, happily, a daughter was born. A princess, and she was given the name, Naruto.

A year after her birth, Naruto was thrown a lavish celebration. Kings and queens came to offer gifts to the child. Among them was the widowed Mikoto; and her young son, Prince Itachi.
Itachi, Being Only five at the time, was unaware about what would happen between him and the precious
blond in the cradle he stood before him. He smiled as he dangled a Fox pendant above her.
It Was then that Minato and Mikoto happened upon the same Idea.
Itachi and Naruto would be brought together each summer in the hopes that they would fall in with the
Other.
Pulling his hood over his face, in the shadows stood a snake of a man. Unknown to all, was his plan; He,
the evil enchanter Orochimaru. Naruto's birth was of little concern to him.
For he was planning to take Minato's Kingdom; Means of the forbidden arts. Along with the help of his
Haggish slave/ minion, Sakura.
(A/N: I have seen this so many times, I don't even need the movie for reference. I have no REAL life.)
On the eve of his assault; Minato attacked and all Orochimaru's hard work went down the tubes and
plunged into darkness.

Despite calls for his death; the enchanter was only Banished.
Orochimaru shook with anger and spoke: "Someday I'll get My powers back!" He chuckled. "And then,
Everything you own; everything you love, will be mine!"
Minato saw no threat; upon his horse he pointed Orochimaru in the direction of his banishment.
In time the threat was for gotten; and all hope would turn to that, not too distant, summer when Itachi and
Naruto would meet.
