I'm looking for a MerDer story. It's and AU story in which Meredith and Derek are married when she starts her internship. Her last name is Shepherd like his but they try to hide their relationship from the other interns. When they find out, they are really upset, especially Izzie and Christina. Meredith is really smart and she can answer all the questions because she used to study with Derek, Mark and Addison. Mark and Addison are together, but not married and they are really good friends with Meredith and Derek. Meredith and Addison are especially close. Mark and Addison come to Seattle to work and all the other interns are jealous of their relationships. Meredith is also really close with Derek's mom and sisters. Meredith and Derek moved from New York and Derek worked with Mark and Addison while Meredith went to med school. In this story, Ellis doesn't have Alzheimer's but she's working at a different hospital or retired. Meredith and her mom really don't get along and she doesn't like the fact that Meredith married Derek. This story is really long, like over 200 chapters.
