Chapter 1: Enter Team Advance

"Our top story tonight: A third life has been take in what is now being proclaimed the newest in extreme sports, beyblade. The problem is rooted to the bit beast, an ancient anime that resides the beyblade.

"The beyblader will often push him or herself to the max when playing especially when a lot is on the line. The bit beast in the other blade can cause harm to the opponent during the match while the other player is vulnerable. Depending on the power of the bit beast, the player could suffer major injury or even death." Mr. Dickinson said.

Daisuke turned the television off, and headed outside to tell his teammates the big news. One of his teammates and friends, Yuki, was already on his way to train with Daisuke. He was as stunned as Daisuke to hear the news, and knew they should go tell Izumi and Murai about it.

When the two arrived at Murai's house they found him and Izumi holding practice beyblade matches. The two contestants were so into it that they didn't even notice their company. Murai's endurance was running low, and Izumi swooped into to finish him. Murai looked up to congratulate Izumi when he saw Daisuke and Yuki watching them.

"You're kidding me!" Izumi yelled. "Another one? How can they let this go on?" she said.

"I'm sure if this keeps up beyblade will be outlawed." Murai added. The four quickly grew over their grief and decided to do what they were best at.

"Go Shoot!" the four shouted, and the battle began. Mura's beyblade, being an endurance type, went to sit in the middle. He began to clash with Yuki, the team's defense specialist. Daisuke shot his combination blade in an irregular pattern in order to make contact with his opponents with little movement. Izumi's attack blade moved in large circles about the stadium, waiting to strike when her opponents least expected it. All four looked up, and then glanced at each other. They knew it was time. "Final Attack!" they shouted in unison, and their blades all collided in the middle of the stadium.

An irregular noise protruded from the stadium, and all four blades shot out in different directions to land on the hard ground behind them. Every one was broken, way beyond repair, but the four knew that something had gone wrong. This was their main training, but it never ended like this. They all left in silence, not knowing that someone was watching…
