Henry stared intently at the teapot sitting on the counter in front of him. "Hey, kid, what are you doing?" Emma asked, but Henry didn't answer.
"He's trying to blow it up with his mind," David said, looking up from the magazine he was reading.
"He's trying to do what?" Emma asked turning to face David. "And why are you reading a One Direction magazine?"
"Because they're awesome!" David replied.
"Ok..."
"Did the teapot explode yet?" Snow asked, entering the room with her hands over her ears.
"No," David said, pulling out is iPod and putting his head phone is his ears.
"What is going on here?" Emma asked Snow in and exasperated voice.
"Regina gave Henry the magic power to explode teapots!" She explained, hands still over her ears.
"And you believe her?" Emma asked, giving Snow a know-it-all look. Snow nodded vigorously, slowly inching out of the room. David chose that moment to burst into song.
"You don't know you're beautiful!" He sang, Emma winced.
"I'm just gonna go for a walk," she said slowly.
Snow had taken her hands away form her ears to listen to David's song. "But I do know I'm beautiful," she commented on the lyrics. "Fairest in the land, remember?"
"Oh yeah," David stopped singing and began to ponder the lyrics of his favorite song.
A few minutes later, at Regina's house, Emma was ranting about why she shouldn't tell any member of the family that Henry can explode teapots.
"I didn't think that they would take it seriously," Regina said slowly.
"They take everything that has to do with magic seriously!" Emma threw her arms in the air, exasperated.
At that moment, Cora walked past the two of them into the front yard. "Come here little birdies," she called taking out a slingshot from her pocket and firing a few rocks.
"I am no longer going to try to have a normal conversation with anyone in this family!" With that, Emma walked away.
Hi everyone! The reason that the cover pic has a card on it is because yesterday I was playing cards with Corliss Kat, and I decided that we should bet oneshots instead of money, meaning that the winner had to owe the looser a oneshot. Unfortunately, I lost much more than I won.
If anyone is interested in reading my other oneshots they'll all have cards in the cover pic and say "Card Fic" in the summary. They'll be two more for OUAT.
Thanks for reading!
