"-ドイツ!サツテ!"
"I am the hero! Bow before my gr-"Flick.
The girl slid deeper underneath the kotatsu table, letting out a dissatisfied sigh. Was there interesting on television anymore?
"Imoto?" A familiar called out.
"Nandesuka?" The younger replied.
"Have you seen the cell phone anywhere? Nii-san said we should have it on us," the older stated, an impassive Japanese accent present.
"Iie. Why would we need it on us? He's not becoming like Chuugoku-chan is he?" The Japanese girl came out from underneath the heated table, searching the room for the pink cellular device. Spying the Kagamine Rin sticker, she grabbed it and gave it to her older sibling.
"I doubt it. He wants us to keep it around so he can confirm something."
"Confirm what, though?"
"I'm not positive. Forget about it now: you need to work on your emotions. You must learn to keep an equal expression. People frown upon you if you pout and complain."
The younger gave a 'pfft', playing with a characteristically long bang that came down to her chest. She then crossed her arms, looking up into her sister's emotionless, green eyes.
"Then let them frown. I really do try, but I don't see the point when the only people I ever see are you, Osaka-sama, Chuugoku-chan, and Nii-kun."
"I believe you still need to prepare if the chance comes. We don't want Nihon-sama looking bad if he has gue-" The over-decorated flip phone rang to the tune "Chemical Emotion". The older answered swiftly with the proper Japanese greeting, a muffled voice on the other end replying in the same emotionless tone.
The younger was tempted to jump behind her sister to scare her, but she resisted the urge when she thought she already saw a sliver of surprise in her eyes.
"-nanda? Are you sure?"
"Hai. I am sure you two will enjoy your time."
"Understood. We will prepare immediately. Watashi wa atode o ai shimashou."
The older looked down at her sister, her green eyes staring into her soul.
"Daijoubu? What did Nii-kun say?"
"Do you know that chance I was talking about?" Now the younger could swear she saw a morsel of a smirk come across her intimidating face.
"Yes, why?"
"It exists: I suggest you get in proper clothing, Tokyo. We are going to meet the other countries."
