Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter, as it is the property of the brilliant JKR.
Author's Note: This is set during Deathly Hallows, when Snape is head of the school, and the Carrows are teaching too.
Not Human
Amycus Carrow - squat and lumpy - wandered around Hogwarts Castle late at night, being on watch for the kids.
Nasty little blighters, he thought.
Nasty, whining children, thinking they were oh so brilliant.
Nasty ignorant creatures, who strutted around the castle, cocky and arrogant.
Filthy offspring of filthy mudbloods and blood traitors.
Nasty, horrible, disgusting.
None of them would dare to leave their rooms after curfew at any rate: they knew what they'd be subjected to.
He smirked broadly, and with much malice, at the very thought of it.
Oh yes, the evil creatures would be made to pay if they so much as thought about crossing him.
Torture - their screaming - writhing in pain - feeling all the sorrow for their sins - wishing they'd never done anything wrong.
He'd teach them.
Wouldn't he love to hear their screams, their pleas for forgiveness, their crying and begging.
But at any rate, what did it matter?
They were filthy halfbloods, mudbloods and traitors, and they were not proper witches and wizards. Not human, in fact.
The creatures were much easier to inflict pain upon if they weren't human.
